Daily Duties at American Greetings:

Successfully led a cross-functional team of American Greetings' users and technical resources to define complicated merchandising requirements for stocking and substituting each pocket in its Everyday Line store displays. This project was a massive ($500M+) full SDLC engagement that involved hundreds of E&Y and client resources, but my involvement ended after the Analysis Phase due to a more critical project in California.
