Daily Duties at Xo Communications:
Set national standards for repair, maintenance, construction, and operational productivity. Developing metric-driven goals for a team of 450 employees, driving business, and increasing profit. Initiated continuous process improvement standards that focused on cost reduction, quality control, system update accuracy, and overall network health indicators. Managed departmental budgets of 82m capital expenses and 65m operating expenses. Negotiated, implemented, and managed third party support for nationwide installation, repair, and maintenance service of the extensive wireless tower, and intercity node network and infrastructure. Led implementation of complex enterprise customer WAN, Wireless, LAN, Data and VoIP networks, ensuring redundancy and security to meet customers’ required service levels.
