Daily Duties at Credit Suisse:
Provide Administrative Assistant support to a Managing Director, Director and five (5) Analysts Outlook Calendering to both small and very large meetings involving high level executives Working with travel agency to make complex travel arrangements which include ground transportation in foreign countries, applying for Visas for foreign travel Liasing with different departments in the US and Switzerland when coordinating meetings Arranging offices in the New York office for visiting Swiss executives Making sure copies of presentations for meeting with the CEO, CFO and other executives were printed on timely basis without any errors by Credit Suisse's copy center Setting and Coordinating breakfast and luncheons, videos conferences Ordering supplies for the Department
