Providing administrative and light personal assistant support to two attorneys Entering and processing attorneys billing and in charge of the entire billing cycle including follow-up Bank Statement reconcialitions and making bank deposits Reception work which included greeting High Net Worth clients making sure they were comfortable in the reception area; handling both incoming and outgoing mail, calling for messengers Ordering office supplies and maintain kitchen stocked Booking conference room for meetings Ordering office supplies
