Identified a residential real estate appraisal's collateral risk using company's risk model (Hansen's CAMA; computer assisted mass appraisals); used considerable knowledge of terminology unique to the appraisal process, along with identifying and classifying neighborhoods and neighborhood groups; and working knowledge of blue print reading and interpreting cost manuals to perform accurate enhanced desk reviews; (trained and worked in San Diego, CA for a while, but worked in Utah at my home as an out-of-state, telecommuter via the internet).
