Daily Duties at Hibbett Corporate:
-Provide Hardware and Software support for Hibbett’s corporate office -Test and push MS patches to PC’s SCCM and IBM BigFix -Use Norton Ghost to create XP and Windows 7 images -Package and deploy software using SCCM and IBM BigFix -Support 2003, 2007 and 2010 Microsoft Office -Create user accounts, PC accounts, Group policy, and Exchange accounts using Active Directory -Responsible for Life Cycle and Asset Management using IBM Bigfix and various other methods. -Support iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry software and hardware.
