-Provide Hardware and Software support for CSA, HBS, and GBA -Test and push MS patches to PC’s Altiris -Creating, Package testing, and deploy software using Altiris -Support 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016 Microsoft Office -Maintaining user accounts, and workstation accounts using Active Directory -Responsible for Life Cycle and Asset Management using CAM. -Assist Security with workstation vulnerabilities, and Bit9 issues -Assist BCBS with the GBA Network Separation Migration -Provided support for 2 years on all GBA Expos -Provided support for GBA Audits -Provided support for CSA ATO and Audits
