Provided leadership in various areas, including systems development, testing and project management to improve team delivery process and results. Directly contributed to the transition to agile/scrum delivery methodology for my business area which impacted over 300 technology associates as well as business partners. For waterfall projects, streamlined and standardized the approach and deliverables that all project managers utilized. Provided associate development opportunities and direct performance feedback toward goals. Communicated company vision and strategy to teams in order to create cohesive goals and understanding of future projects. Collaborated with business partners to define project direction, scope and functionality.
