Managed Siebel CRM, ERP and BI projects collaborating with clients while leveraging extensive experience in financial, healthcare, insurance, and banking industry. Followed project management methodology (e.g. PMI’s PMBOK); Track, planned and coordinated cross-functional projects. Controlled > $5 million budget, and managed matrix project teams ranging from 6 to 20 onsite /offsite managers, engineers, developers and technicians from multiple business units to enterprise initiatives. • UNIX-based LAN/WAN migration: Led and managed a $10 million User Acceptance Testing project supporting the migration of over 1200 enterprise applications and client/server infrastructure (SQL, security servers, firewalls, voice, desktop, and DNSservers) to open Windows, Citrix, UNIX and Web architecture spanning 22 business units.
