Directed all strategic visioning and tactical planning in re-engineering MDVIP’s start-up IT systems; established an integrated enterprise infrastructure. Transformed technology, allowing for expanded growth across 24 states in less than two years. During my tenure, the company grew from 150 physicians with 46,000 patients to 250 with 90,000 at 200+ sites in 24 states in less than 2 years.
