Management of daily operations at the National City and Grays Harbor Marine Terminals including management of over 300 Teamster production employees, 50 temporary associates, 40 Management/office employees and 18 regional customers. Consistently met production and financial objectives through implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles guided by our internally constructed True Ops Management System that includes 5S, Key Performance Indicators, Kaizen, quality improvement, and full employee accountability. Consistently coached and mentored direct and indirect reports on effective planning and execution techniques, collaboration, financial performance, elimination of quality concerns, union labor relations, and management of customer expectations.
