• Complied with cGMP regulations and Practice • Complied with SOP of Testing and Operating Instruments • Tested Raw Materials using FTIR, pH Meters, Karl Fisher (Automatic Titration), and Manual Titration • Approved and Rejected Raw Materials using Wet Chemistry and Instrumental Analysis Techniques • Calibrated lab instruments. • Maintained the Adjustment History • Adjusted in Process and Finished Product through making Lab Batches • Adjusted Product’s Color using visual and computerized techniques. • Monitored scale-up batches. • Resolved Processing Problems through communicating with compounding and production teams • Formulated and Re-Formulated Personal Care Products • Resolved Technical Problems, causing Customer Complaints, through Root Cause Analysis
