Managed daily operations at the National City Marine Terminal including management of over 350 Teamster production employees, 60 temporary associates, 40 Management/office employees and 18 regional customers. Primary responsibility includes Daily Operations, Full P&L Responsibility including Financial/Budgeting/Planning/Reporting, Logistics Management, 3PL, Warehousing/Distribution, Labor, Safety, Quality, Finance/Accounting, Customer Service, and overall financial performance. Total Logistics Supply Chain Management of over 34 railroad, truck away, ocean carrier transportation partners.
