Daily Duties at Formula Corp:

• Developed Personal Care Products and OTC Topical Formulations including shampoo, Lotions (With and Without Salicylic Acid), Scrubs (With and Withous Salicylic Acid), Creams, Conditioners, etc. using several techniques including National Brand Equivalent (NBE), and Reverse Engineering, etc. • Participated in the Scale Up of Production Batches • Established Priority Projects in conjunction with Technical Director • Optimized formulations ingredients to manage costs, availability of ingredients and production constraints • Prepared Samples and tracked documentation for PET, Stability and performance testing • Connected with vendors of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and equipement as related to Product development • Maintained up – to – date documentation on all development projects, including details of formulation, operating procedure, and Raw Materials (grade and source) • Assisted Production Department in trouble shooting process problems • Prepared Coincise status and summary reports on projects • Followed General Lab Safety Guidelines and maintained clean, orderly work area
