• Supported GMP by creating and updating Technical Documents • Complied with SOP of Testing and Operating Instruments • Tracked Stability and Performance Testing • Tested, adjusted, Formulated, and Reformulated Personal Care Products • Assisted Production Department in new product start-ups and in trouble-shooting process problems. • Monitored Pilot Batches and First Prodcuction Runs as necessary • Worked closely to the production to ensure the quality of Scale Up
