Daily Duties at Holiday Inn:
Directed operations of a 224 room hotel with 8,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Supervised 70 employees, including a Housekeeping Manager, Sales Director, Chief Engineer, and two Front Office Supervisors. Collaborated with a tenant (Bar Louie) that provided room service and catering. Managed the budget so cost control was balanced with the priority of excellent service. Ensured P&L and other financial reporting was accurate. Acted as a role model in all guest interactions. Motivated employees to work as a team. Received excellent scores in corporate inspections. Recognized by a corporate client (Air India) for delivering a high level of guest satisfaction and service.
