Daily Duties at Holiday Inn:

 Oversaw all front office functions for this full service 194 room hotel including bell staff and valets. Hotel had 20,000 sq. ft. of banquet/meeting space.  Supported the GM in all aspects of operations at a property with heavy corporate travelers. Prepared and updated employee schedules for the department. Tracked and managed operating expenses and purchasing. Motivate staff to provide outstanding service and market membership programs.  Managed all aspects of VIP services, including room inspections and meeting VIP guests.  Filled the GM role as Manager on Duty.  Demonstrated leadership skills needed to manage a high volume operation for guest service and events.
