Technical Scope: VSAT, TETRA radio, OTN, Cisco (LAN/WLAN/WAN) Systems, GSM (MS) hardware/firmware, LAN networks, PABX/VOIP telephone systems, VSAT, leased lines, PRIs, Walky Talkys, UHF/VHF/PTT communication units, SNMP messaging, UPS/power protection equipment. Excelled across multifaceted technician role with a focus on telecommunications installation, configuration of security and firewall systems, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for a variety of equipment, hardware, and firmware. Oversaw satellite communication signals, customer support, cabling testing, performance monitoring, and telephone system support. Performed Quality Assurance for system maintenance and repair as well as TRA regulatory compliance. Created and implemented a successful upgraded weathercast system.
