Full responsibility for P & L for sales operations, forecasting 5 - 6 months out, by rep firm, rolled up to HQ for East, control stock turn by forecasting product plus or minus 10%. Attend & support all shows local and National. Set goals for all rep firms monthly, Quarterly & yearly and review all rep firms monthly, quarterly and year of year.D
