Daily Duties at Aim High Audio Distributing:
Responsibilities include the management of daily operations for the organization. Research, evaluate and analyze the marketability of new products and how they would benefit investment by the company. Developed key policies and marketing strategies to ensure that productivity meets or exceeds targeted goals, objectives and increases market share. Accountable for hiring, direct supervision, management and goal setting for personnel. Organizing the on-site training and mentoring programs for employees to ensure that their performance adheres to the company’s processes to grow the business, open new accounts and excel in servicing existing accounts Organized weekly meetings with CEO to review the status quo (i.e. P&L, product promotions, new products, sales, customer satisfaction).
