Daily Duties at Cdi Engineering Solutions:

Coordinated the sizing, procurement, and installation of 30 relief devices and updating of 300 P&IDs in fast tract field refinery upgrade project. Compiled and developed organic and inorganic flare relief load summaries and plant wide utility summary for existing and new Silane production units. Completed sizing and specification of relief devices and evaluated relieving scenarios to determine the controlling relieving contingency. As Lead Engineer, coordinated and assisted with the completion of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment and instrument data sheets and participated in associated PHA. Developed equipment index and utility summary for Silane Production FEED and Detailed Engineering projects. Conducted trouble-shooting and design of wastewater stripper columns, surge vessels, settling tanks and vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and other equipment in wastewater treatment system using Aspen Software. Developed and revised P&IDs, PFDs, vessel drawings, process equipment data sheets, and other project documents for a construction package.
