Daily Duties at Supervalu Pharmacies:
Supervised, monitored and evaluated the quality and effectiveness of patient care provided by pharmacy staff while accurately filling numerous prescriptions and managing daily activities with regards to effective operations and communications. Enforced company operational standards in compliance with legal regulations. Professionally handled customer and physicians' inquiries, while adhering to PPCS guidelines. Maintained all federal and state record keeping requirements for controlled substances. Actively promoted and participated in various clinical studies. Created and supported strong professional relationships with associates, physicians, and suppliers on all pharmacy related matters. Held bottom line responsibility for financial performance of the pharmacy, including budgeting, payroll, pharmacy reports, and competition research and analysis.
