Daily Duties at Cvs Health:
Attained short & long-term patient care, compliance, and operational goals by leading highly knowledgeable teams and effectively communicating pharmacy standards & staff performance expectations. Executed diverse projects, including new systems implementations, process overhauls, organizational changes, and personnel training. Ensured safety and accuracy of the prescription filling process through compliance with policies & procedures and adhering to the ADA standards. Managed budgeting, payroll, purchasing, inventory control and security of all drug products and medical supplies. Acted as a Preceptor at the University of Chicago School of Pharmacy, introducing students to the day-to-day pharmacy operations.
