Daily Duties at Medix:

(Loyola University Hospital) Provide integrated, accessible pharmaceutical care services while maintaining accountability for addressing medication needs, developing continuous partnerships with patients and practicing pharmacy in the context of family and community for a 340B non-profit organization. Offer medication management counseling, coordination of care, triage and referral. Promote the overall wellness and health of a diverse ambulatory patient population. Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and staff performance.
