Daily Duties at Arrow Gear:
Implemented Quality function with IT solutions, performing Internal Audits, Customer Concessions, Reviewed Supplier Certifications, and DQR for Several Customers. Created documentation for In-process / First Article inspections check sheets, Gage Calibration Control, and Training procedures. Implemented new instructions / procedures for performing Rejection notices (NCM) electronically, realizing a cost savings in excess of $50K. Developed streamlined format for locating documentation (Suppliers Certifications), Continued on while reducing file size for documents. Successfully realigned Tooling / Gage program to reduce calibration time.
