Daily Duties at Nypro / Jabil:
Involved in Quality Planning, Customer Complaints, and Metrology solutions. Analyzed data for internal/external use, and created unique approach to MSAs/Gage R&Rs. Worked across all four shifts, supervising/training inspectors on proper measuring techniques and monitoring measurement results. Instructed inspectors on how to properly react to out-of-control situations. Observed MSA that was not yielding good results, altering method of measuring utilized by Hanover Park as well as Iowa facility, receiving approval by customer. Introduced creative solutions to issues, fulfilling client requests without additional cost. Implemented Measurement System Analysis (or HRR) capable of measuring parts.
