What they like about T Mobile Usa:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.

Climbers who worked at T Mobile Usa had these interests:

Websites
Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation

http://www.rmef.org

I have been a member of the RMEF since 2008 and a chapter committee member since about 2009 for the Mt. Rainier chapter so I spend a good deal of time volunteering my spare time to the RMEF.
Oracle Technology Network

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/index.html

I like going through the recent articles to keep up on the new Oracle technology and application of the technology in real life!
Datastax

http://www.datastax.com

I go to the Datastax website to keep up on the documentation and use cases that Datastax has on their website. They contribute heavily to Apache Cassandra and based on my experience have a pretty good product.
Database Journal

Great place to visit for training and idea exchange if you are running into any issues.
