Daily Duties at Tweddle Group Technologies:

I lead a group of 3 to 5 database development engineers to design, develop, and maintain Oracle database application software to support Tweddle automotive software products Entune, Enform and Uconnect. I developed the database release processes, policies, and software to perform the automatic database application update. I maintained the Entune/Enform Oracle database schema and PL/SQL. I was responsible for the database Subversion branching and change management control. I also contributed the database DR plan and procedures and helped perform the tests to demonstrate viability. I provided my Sr. Director of Engineering with employee reviews and evaluation information for my direct reports and ensured adherence to our policies and procedures to maintain proper performance.
