Daily Duties at Energy Distribution Partners/ Dassel's Petroleum:

Divisional leadership with direct reporting of Operations, Safety, Sales and Service. Dassel’s Petroleum consists of several locations that service Central and Northern California. Products include propane, gasoline, diesel, distillates and Pacific Pride fueling stations. • Responsible for $10Million in EBIDTA. Dassel’s Petroleum is more than twice as large as any other company location under the EDP umbrella. We will finish 2017 $1.5Million over plan and produce 28% of the total EBIDTA for Energy Distribution Partners. • Directly responsible for Safety in regards to personnel, trucks, plant and office inspections. Worked directly with County and State auditors and independent insurance firms. Managed site inspections and customer inspections for new product installs. • Worked with CA weights & measures to ensure gasoline and diesel pumps were properly inspected and safe for public use. • Responsible for safety of the Dassel’s rail terminal. This included maintenance, safety inspections and proper training of employees to offload railcars. • Manage and developed the annual budget for the Dassel’s business and was able to grow the business by 10% within the 1st year. • Managed the P&L statement monthly and annually. Pushed to keep outstanding A/R down to 1% of overall revenue. • Worked with sales team to promote growth in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural business segments. • Managed all annual supply contracts for propane, diesel and gasoline. Supply fulfilled by our transport division, third party transport providers and rail cars.
