Directed global organization of 30 to develop and manage high risk and high quality supply chains. Deflation target were met resulting in year over year (YOY) deflation of 2-5% on a $750M buy of direct and indirect materials with high sole source content. New Power Plant Sourcing Program was created supporting global proposals for new plants.
