 Directed all phases of EFT/ATM de-conversion, EFT Implementations, Financial Institution Mergers, FDIC bank takeovers -- EFT, MC and VISA debit card programs, and EMV Implementations -- from start to finish.  Spearheaded the implementation of EMV/Chip Card checklist and talking points documentation, resulting in helping department conduct initial EMV Implementation meetings with clients.  Recommended process and systems improvements such as the configuration of Financial Institutions on the EFT Platform.  Supervised the work of team members, offering constructive feedback on their work performance on Debit Card Implementations, ATM Implementations, and Web Configurations.  Monitored timelines and flagged potential issues.  Facilitated inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.  Solved unresolved customer issues. Investigated and resolved customer inquiries and complaints in an empathetic manner.  Trained staff on operating procedures and company services.  Received multiple positive reviews acknowledging dedication to excellent customer service.  Served as Subject Matter Expert for EFT Implementations
