Daily Duties at Hertz Rental Cars:

Oversee training and development of frontline for 5 airports, Atlanta, Birmingham, Montgomery, Augusta and Savannah.  Conduct training of the managers to develop their skills in coaching and training their employees. Coaching the coach, showing how to look at trends and numbers for the best opportunities and with the employees to improve revenue, how to improve performance, put together contests, and overall being a cheerleader for motivation.
