• Leading a $150k sponsored WisDOT research project on Field versus Laboratory Aging and Moisture Sensitivity of Asphalt Pavements (WHRP 17-04). • Managing all industrial consultancy projects including planning, testing, data analysis, reporting and presentation. • Supervising and managing the research projects of two PhD and two MSc students. • Responsible for the preparation and submission of research proposals from technical and budget point of views. • Writing and reviewing manuscripts and technical reports for publication.
