Daily Duties at Walmart:
Currently manage a store that generates close to $80 million in sales. Responsibilities include counseling, advising, and working with Managers and Associates to identify and resolve issues in Business Operations. In Human Resources, duties are to ensure proper recruiting, staffing, and orientating parameters are completed. Other responsibilities are to conduct and conclude any sexual harassment investigations. They also include improving workforce performance and effectiveness, through training and development. Have responsibilities that include managing over environmental safety, health, and food compliance. Also responsible for financial management, by analyzing and interpreting sales data. Oversee a number of store projects throughout the year.
