Daily Duties at Gila River Health Care:

patient needs, constructing treatment plans including doctor and counselor appointments, home care, and behavior modifications. Counsel clients and reassess behavioral issues. Aid in-house medical and behavioral health specialists to develop treatment/support. Submit referrals to outside providers.  Conduct group therapy sessions for conditions including substance abuse, PTSD, etc.  Deliver professional correspondence promptly, consistently keeping schedules.  Supported 90% of clientele to receive treatment, either in-house or with other providers.
