Solely responsible for all bank regulatory work required in connection with acquisitions, working closely with the OCC, the Federal Reserve Bank and the FDIC on a daily basis. Responsible for the formation of national trust company and for transferring all trust assets held by state bank subsidiaries in six states to the national trust company. Also solely responsible for handling all bank consolidations and bank branch sales. Reviewed commercial contracts, prepared loan documents and covered corporate governance matters.
