Daily Duties at Weld Tooling Corp. Dba Bug O Systems:

Operations; I wrote all Distributor, Private Label and Strategic Alliance Agreements for both Domestic and International markets. All sales, service and warranty policies for the Company, as well as inside sales, administration. Additionally I wrote the Employee Review Forms and policies. On the Sales and Marketing side, I designed and built with the web-design company the current bugo.com site. I had full responsibility for all print, media and web-advertising. I had 27 outside sales persons that reported to me globally and 14 inside sales and marketing persons. I had full P & L responsibility for sales, budgets, growth YOY and growing market share. I also worked directly with Engineering to develop new products to help drive our business.
