Daily Duties at Sweetworks Confections Llc:
Role model the Guiding Principles and continually reinforce the SweetWorks culture Provide enterprise leadership by developing, motivating and instilling confidence in associates. Define and execute the strategic plan to advance the Company’s Vision. Review new product innovation and competitive information essential for strategic plans. Develop annual and long-term operating plans designed to deliver and meet financial goals. Manage budgets, review organizational structure, and drive a cultural bias for action. Ensure raw material pipeline is managed through supplier development and effective sourcing. Support new business opportunities using improved distribution and logistic methods. Manage existing business proactively to mitigate risks and expand margin. Develop and maintain key supplier relationships to foster mutual beneficial goals. Oversee KPI data at all levels to insure added economic value to the Company. Identify Supply Chain Opportunities to further the Vision and Strategy of the Company. Present strategic progress and results to Senior/Executive Staff. Direct Department budgets, process, and business plans. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reviews of SCM financial data to ensure objectives are met. Collaborate with peers to establish best practices, alignment and accomplish of company goals. Continually seek and implement solutions to drive change and innovation with SCM partners.
