• Developed conceptual proof of concept prototypes (under contract). • Researched and presented trending technologies including mobile, IOT, micro-grids, alternative energy, artificial intelligence, EV charging networks, and big data. • Lead employee and customer ideation, brainstorming, innovation sessions for new product concepts, along with innovation portfolio analysis. • Conducted strategic planning workshops (SWOT, BCG, Product Gap and Roadmap analysis), along with surveys and exercises (such as analyzing "Why Do Customers Purchase from Us?" and "The Difference Between Customer Needs and Wants"). • Developed marketing strategies, branding, materials, and digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients. • Prototyped reciprocating engine predictive analytics / prognostic tool (R/Shiny). • Developed requirements and architecture for robotics platform implementing AI predictive analytics, dynamic scheduling, and Internet of Things (IOT).
