Daily Duties at Gratitude Migration:
Directed ideation for the three day annual arts festival (3,500+ attendees). Mindfully designed 7 interactive environments and 4 stages, curated over 30 installations, and directed all visual elements. Oversaw and developed marketing campaigns for consumer- and partner-facing presentations. Forged sponsorship, artist, vendor, & partner relations for co-branded events and tasteful custom activations. Built and managed budgets//sourced resources for optimal execution across all content development. Directed junior producers and supervised on-site build (over 100 crew members) while keeping everyone e cient, healthy, and happy.
