Daily Duties at Phoenix Telecom Solutions:
Scope of duties consist of directly managing a team of global resources that engineer, install and Integrate Broadband Technology for our Customers. I am responsible for working with the client and our internal team after the contract is signed to implement the agreed upon Statement of Work (SOW). I personally manage all of the Senior Project Manager’s assigned. I create the engineering of deployment Solution and warehousing of equipment to be installed and Integrated. I am also responsible for the overall P&L and working with our Clients to ensure overall project excellence (on time, On cost, High Quality)
