Engineer, Data Networks (1996 – 1997) • Provided LAN/WAN technical support, and training to both internal and external clients. • Evaluated new technologies, and projected technologies for company growth. • Developed standard operating process and procedures training manual for end-users. UNIX Systems Administrator (1994 – 1996) • Provided system support for 300 Sun SPARC workstations and AIX RS/6000’s spanning 5 states. • Managed help desk requests, setup/maintained user accounts, configured, and maintained printers. • Maintained all system backups utilizing Legato Networker.
