Daily Duties at Lasalle Solutions:
• Scope: Lead consulting initiatives on behalf of fortune 1000 verticals. Control business needs analysis, and delivery management. Play leading role in generating proposals and program schedules articulating milestones, resources, and deliverables. • Major Achievement: Selected, and implemented a Professional Services Automation solution tool which is used to manage the Professional Services business. Utilizing a combination of Agile and Waterfall PM methodologies, successfully integrated a 700 user Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) solution, replacing an existing Avaya IVR solution. Successfully program managed the deployment of a large number of Cisco hardware covering 15 EMEA locations utilizing extensive Agile, Waterfall, and Change Management procedures. • Business Leadership: Created LaSalle’s Project Management Office supporting the business by staffing projects, developing processes and procedures, as well as creating engagement templates. Develop cost and review framework to provide hard numbers for executive decision-making.
