Daily Duties at Pilgrim Quality:
Under the direction of the Vice President of Global Services, the Client Delivery Director provides leadership, organization and coordination of all client delivery project activities including program planning and project management. • Analyze and manage project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization company wide. • Direct responsibility for global project execution through the project’s entire lifecycle. • Responsible for 9 direct report Project Managers located in the US, as well as in EMEA. • Ensuring that all projects adhere to Agile, and Waterfall best practices and standard approaches for program and project management. • Manage change and promote continuous improvement of project management related processes. • Provides regular reporting on metrics and analytics for the portfolio of projects.
