Daily Duties at North Atlantic Treaty Organization (Nato) Special Operations Headquarters:

Program Director for coordination, developing, and executing NATO Special Operation’s Lessons Learned through collection, analysis, resolutions and dissemination to the 28 international units of over 10,000 personnel, within the NATO Special Operation’s organization. Coordinates and supervises evaluations and documentations from lessons learned in operations, exercises, and training. Insures valid lessons learned and best practices are incorporated into NSHQ doctrine and manuals for certification and evaluation during NATO Special Operation assessments of the international Special Operations units within NSHQ. Integrates best practices into the NATO Special Operation’s School to teach procedures and processes, based on common NATO standard requirements. Participates in exercise control that is utilized to test the NATO Special Forces units during their assessments.
