Daily Duties at Cape Henry Associates:

Oversee full-cycle project management and logistics for new projects focused on the complex integration of training systems and tools to support Department of Defense “Ready, Relevant, Learning” initiatives ensuring proficient and timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives and utilizing Lean Six Sigma Planning Process methodology. Developed and implemented strategic project plans to support the organizations contract with the government while directing the implementation of technical training equipment spanning 72 projects in 27 locations internationally.
