• Responsible for the development of the budget per year. • Advanced to increasingly responsible positions, culminating in management role with oversight for all day-to-day operations • Validating all systems and processes of the company are maintained consistently • Creating and monitoring production and order pars • Responsible for the inventory purchases of the entire restaurant and ensuring all costs are kept in line with budget • Managed P&L, forecasting, production, and scheduling • Hired all the kitchen staff • Coached and mentored entire staff to achieve sales increases consistently
