Daily Duties at Sodexo:
• Responsible for the everyday operations of 8 units including subsidy management, 5 P&L accounts, high end catering, oversight of all operational systems, inventory management, and daily client interaction • Oversight of daily cash-management • We improved sales by 11% vs prior year and lowered the subsidy by $76k in my first year at the account • Responsible for creating the yearly budget and subsidy guarantee • Responsible for oversight of staff and manager scheduling and hiring. The total number of staff in the 8 units is about 75 hourly employees and 9 salaried managers
