Daily Duties at Healthstat, Inc:
Responsible for developing all aspects of the human resources function for a hyper growth company. Created and executed recruitment, employee relations, employee development, compliance, and benefit programs as the company grew from 100 to over 1000 employees in 32 states. Instituted quarterly and education sessions for all recruiters and HR associates. Provided guidance to executive management on regulatory compliance, including wage and hour law, EEOC compliance, and other workplace regulations. ϒ Implemented online open enrollment for benefits while broadening voluntary benefit offerings. ϒ Transitioned company medical benefit plan from fully-insured to self-insured. ϒ Implemented Applicant Tracking System (ATS), digitizing the company recruitment process. ϒ Designed and implemented standardized employee relations processes including FMLA, corrective action, performance management and merit increase processes. ϒ Implemented HRIS that received feeds from other electronic tools, eliminating manual entry and redundant data entry. ϒ Provided guidance to executive management on regulatory compliance, including wage and hour law, EEOC compliance, and other workplace regulations.
