Daily Duties at Cb&I/Westinghouse:
Responsible for ensuring a Safety Conscious Work Environment for a union and non-union nuclear workforce. Oversee employee concerns specialists who conduct investigations into violations of 10 CFR 50.5 and 10 CFR 50.7 concerns in order to compile reports in response to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s request for information. ϒ Developed unique system for compiling statistics and tracking employee concerns in effort to evaluate trends. ϒ Employed superior issue spotting ability to work with employees to prevent escalation of complaints. ϒ Dramatically reduced whistle blower occurrences by strategizing corrective actions to improve work environment and provide guidance to management on the implementation of corrective actions.
